What cities or areas do you service?
We provide our beverage catering services to many different cities and towns all across New England from Connecticut to Maine.
What is included in your service?
We provide complimentary beverage napkins, stirrers, disposable plastic ware, ice, ice bowls, and scoops. We bring our own bar equipment for opening wine/champagne/beer bottles and we also provide our open trash receptacles and bags.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and/or credit cards for payment.
Can I provide my own alcohol?
Due to our liquor and licensing liability we cannot allow outside alcohol to be provided. You can let us know ahead of time if you have a special request for a certain type of wine, beer, or mixed drink for your event.
Do you provide glassware?
Yes, if you choose to rent glassware from us we will come fully prepared with enough glassware to service your entire event.
What is your policy on shots?
We have a strict no shot policy at all public and private venues we service.
What does your staff wear while working events?
All of our staff at The Bartending Service of New England wear black dress shirts, black dress pants and black shoes while working at events.
Can I request a specialty drink for my event?
Yes, absolutely! we are happy to provide just the right drink for you. Let us know what you would like and we’ll make sure we have those ingredients ready for service.
What happens if my guest count changes?
If your guest count has changed after booking your event, we do our best to make accommodations and request that at least two weeks prior to your event that your guest count is confirmed.
Are you flexible with open bar services?
Yes. We work within the budget that you provide and remain flexible if you decide to make changes.
